Right, so EvolvSEO started as an SEO company — hence the name. But what quickly became clear is that the problem small businesses actually have isn't search rankings. It's time. Specifically, all the time that gets eaten by repetitive tasks that don't need a human doing them.
That's where the focus shifted. I started learning N8N — a visual workflow builder — and Claude, Anthropic's AI, and realized these two tools together could automate almost every manual task that was slowing down the businesses I was talking to.
The approach is straightforward: come in, map what's repetitive, build the workflows, show them running, then maintain them. No fluff. No promises I can't keep. Just practical automation that makes the business run smoother.
Right now I'm early — building proof of concept, doing the work myself, figuring out what actually delivers value. And to do this properly, I started with one client: my dad's company. Building workflows for his Zoho CRM to eliminate his team's busy work. That becomes the case study that proves the model works before scaling it.
